I guess you could say I'm mainly interested in making you feel something. I'm not an "action shot" photographer. I'm not driven by big moments or images that tick all the boxes. I'm intrigued by the moments in-between, about the moments that tell a story. The kind of image that slows you down and makes you wonder what the subject is feeling, that makes you empathise, because perhaps you sense something in them that you've seen in yourself before.

This is what drove me to become a photographer. Early on I was obsessed with trying to evoke the atmosphere or mood given to me by a live music performance and embody that in my photos. Naturally this evolved into a love for portraiture, on stage and off.

These images are who I am and what I see.
